Dues are collected on a quarterly schedule, due dates are as follows:
January 1st
April 1st
July 1st
October 1st

ARE YOU UP TO DATE ON YOUR MEMBERSHIP DUES? NOT SURE, CHECK WITH PHIL
checks should be made payable to Pirate, and either mailed to the gallery address or delivered by hand to the members meeting prior to the due date. Meetings are scheduled for the last Monday of each month.

New members needing information should contact

Amanda is the associate member liason and will be happy to answer your questions and point you in the right direction.
Any Pirate member, associate or full status should feel free to pitch in on any of our gallery projects! Check this page for updates of volunteer needs and duties.

Website inclusion:
At this time only full memebers have images on the website. I hope to be able to include one image of associate members on an associate gallery page in the near future, watch for an email from me regarding this. FULL members: for inclusion, update information, corrections please email Craig at craiger@4dv.net

Make sure to include:
- the correct address and phone number
- web address
- hours
- dates
- scfd logo

Remember... during your show you are responsible for the sitting of the gallery, associates - it is important for you to participate in gallery sitting as well, this is your opportunity to represent yourself and your work! It is recommended that all exhibiting artists communicate with eachother to arrange gallery sitting schedules during your show, as well as opening reception needs and wants. Get in touch with each other at least 2 weeks prior to your opening.

GOOD STUFF TO DO WHEN YOUR SITTING THE GALLERY:
sweep the floors
wash the windows
clean the bathrooms
check for messages on the phone, handle them or write a note or call to relay the information
bag up trash and take it with you to dispose of
sweep the sidewalk outside of the gallery
be aware of anything that might need doing, and if you can do it... DO
As a cooperative we HAVE to work together to get things done! Every little bit helps!!
